Garage cleanout after a hard winter thaw
The morning after a late cold snap broke, we rolled into Zintel Creek and found a garage packed wall to wall with soaked contractor debris, busted shelving, and old household junk from a remodel that had stalled all winter. The concrete still held a chill, and every time we stepped inside, that damp wood smell hung in the air. Our customer needed the space cleared before the next crew showed up, and the clock mattered because the build was already backing up.
We staged the dumpster tight to the driveway, laid boards where the ground had softened, and loaded the wet material first so it wouldn’t freeze into a heavier mess overnight. I kept our crew moving in a clean line because that’s how we avoid tearing up the approach and wasting steps. By the end of the load, the garage opened back up, the contractor got room to work, and the homeowner stopped worrying about the project slipping another day.
You cleared the garage fast, and now my contractor finally had room to get back to work.
